DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and coordinates team activities and monitor actual hours against planned hours and take the necessary corrective actions to stop overspending on planned hours in a workshop environment.Ensure a mix of practical controls, better planning and real-time oversight.Ensure job readiness checklists are completed, time lost looking for tools, clamps and waiting cranes.Take necessary actions guided by dashboard display real-time performance per Boilermaker or project number.Take responsibility for any variance on your shift, with quick review of jobs-at risk from the dashboard.Ensure time discipline and distraction control.Conduct daily toolbox talks.
