position of Upington Branch Manager has become available, and CCD is
inviting suitably qualified personnel to apply for the position.
The
successful applicant must have the necessary management and leadership skills
required to effectively run the Upington Branch.
EDUCATION
& EXPERIENCE
Must have a Grade 12 certification.
Minimum
of one year experience at CCD Couriers.
Experience
of having managed a team of staff.
Valid
driver’s license and own transport.
SKILLS
& COMPETENCIES
Excellent people management and leadership skills a
requirement.
Ability to quickly analyse information and provide an
accurate and effective solution based on management experience.
Problem solving ability with a decisive approach to
decision making.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions,
both written, presented and spoken.
Punctual and aware of time.
Target driven and focused.
Ability to handle pressure.
Excellent planning skills.
Strong business writing skills.
Ability to understand relevant documentation.
DUTIES
WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:
Ensuring that the products are managed in accordance
with SLA
Sending reports
Reporting in EXCEL, PDF, and WORD
Ensuring all queries are attended to
Ensuring that audits are performed and resolve any
discrepancies.
General product knowledge of CCD accounts
Balancing resources
Customer Service
Good
knowledge of CCD processes from collections, importing and dispatching.
Working
in extra hours when needed
Client
orientated skills
Good
time management to ensure team /individual targets are met upon cut-off
Must be
capable of working on his/her own to ensure conclusions of escalations in a
timely manner
Applicants must have a good attendance record and
good disciplinary record.
