Job Description:Carry out inspections, routine servicing, and component replacements on a range of air-conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.Liaise with clients across the Western Cape to plan and execute maintenance activities efficiently.Travel regularly to client sites to ensure systems are operating at optimal performance and that a high standard of service is consistently delivered. Skills and Experience:At least 5 years of hands-on, in-depth experience with chilled water systems (essential requirement).Proven competence in working with 2-way and 3-way chilled water systems, condenser water systems, chillers, DX units, pumps, ventilation equipment, electrical circuits, control panels, and cooling towers.Strong understanding of critical electrical and mechanical components, including thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings.A valid drivers licence is required.Qualifications:Trade-tested in a relevant field.Gas license highly advantageous. 1 Set Ivory colour Strat Guitar Knobs for Volume/Tone control with gold writingThe knobs we sell are suitable for both metric and imperial potentiometer shafts. As long as it is 6mm the splines/knurlings don’t matter since the inside of the knob has lots of little grooves that grip onto the potentiometer shaft, rather that a fixed amount of splines. Sometimes this can be a bit of a tight fit, especially with USA spec potentiometers so you can either take a 6mm drill bit and slowly enlarge the inner hole or just press firmly onto your potentiometer, the material on the inner walls of the knob is pliable so the first time you press the knobs on it will create the correct grooves to grab onto your potentiometer shaft.When removing a knob from a potentiometer, do not use a knife or screw driver as this can damage the knob or pickguard, we sell a special tool for this which goes under the knob and you slowly work it out be lifting and rotating the knob at the same time.
