The house is clean, quiet and secure, each
exit has a Trellidor security gate and the property is completely enclosed with electric fences and
an electric gate. Access is gained by

The single bedroom is furnished with a
comfortable single bed, a nightstand and lamp, floor-to-ceiling
fitted closets and a desk and upholstered chair. It is fitted with venetian blinds, a wall-safe
and a ceiling fan, the bedroom faces north and remains at a comfortable
temperature throughout the year.
This is ideal for a working
woman or student who would like to stay in a secure, quiet and comfortable home.
These are the items to be supplied; all bedding and two sets of bed linen, towels,
your own mug, a set of cutlery, food and bottled water, frying pan, cooking pot
for putu, tin foil, freezer bags, clingwrap, two-pin plug and charger, a multi-plug and extension cable, an iron,
clothes pegs, toilet paper, soap powder for front-loading
automatic washing machines and a nightlight if required.
Bedlinen and two loads of clothes are washed weekly, additional clothes and
towels will be laundered in small loads on request.
The refundable security deposit of R4,400 is
payable by EFT on approval,
the monthly rent of R4,400 is payable by
EFT on or before the first day of each month. Rent includes fast uncapped Wi-Fi, laundry,
weekly cleaning and utilities.
