? Ensure daily that all housekeepers have the correct equipment and have refilled their chemical bottles correctly? Ensure daily that the scullery staff have enough chemicals, cloths, sponges and scourers? Ensure daily that the kitchen and canteen chemicals are sufficient for the day? Check all lights in public areas and rooms are in working order. Replace bulbs as necessary.? Assist in getting barn or boardroom ready for any meetings or conferences daily? Try and do as much in-house maintenance, that you notice or as requested by supervisor or MOD, as possible and report to management?
