Managing Time Keeping/Shifts/Call Time/Call Logs, Inbound vs. Outbound Call Centre's Manual Systems vs. Automated Systems, After Call Management Relationship Building & Sales and TechniqueCustomer Service - The basicsPreparing for a Call Centre interviewIncluded in the program is A free mock interview which can be booked with your facilitator based upon the program calendar on program completion.The cost for is a R500 donation to The Friends of Central Library can be paid in cash to the Friends of Central Library Team - FOCAL (NPO) on the program day or on a Saturday morning .No. 1 Parade Str.where you can register at the FOCAL sales desk between 920am and 1230p on a Tuesday & Saturday . Except for public holidays or if the library is closed.
