You’ll play a key role in shaping how the company is presented online by planning, creating and publishing content that is visually inspiring, on-brand and strategically aligned to marketing priorities.You’ll help strengthen the community, translate brand stories into scroll-stopping content and ensure our social channels reflect the quality and spirit of the brand.What will you do: Contribute to content brainstorming, concept development and campaign planningManage the organic social media content calendarPlan, create and publish daily content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)Assist with capturing behind-the-scenes content and short-form videoWrite on-brand captions and social copy tailored to each platformMonitor engagement, respond to comments/messages and nurture our online communityTrack performance and provide basic analytics or insights to guide improvementsStay informed on social media trends, platform updates and competitor activityWhat you need:Diploma/degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field1 to 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts for brands (home-ware, lifestyle, fashion retail or e-commerce experience advantageous)Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest best practicesConfident with mobile content creation (photo, video, Reels/TikTok editing, etc)Strong copywriting skills and a feel for tone, narrative and brand voiceA passion for interior design, homeware, lifestyle content and visual storytellingAbility to work on-site, manage multiple deadlines and maintain close attention to detailEnergy – non-negotiableA sense of humour – highly recommended
