• All electrical wiring AC and DC power.
• All main DB related work such as Splitting critical and non-critical loads and phase balancing on three phase systems.
• Program Solar system settings for efficient operation.
• Manage installation team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Manage Installation vehicle including sensible driving, maintaining tire pressure, fuel levels and reporting of any maintenance concerns.
• Ensure good client relations, always exhibiting a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain good house keeping, keeping the vehicle, tools and equipment neat, organized and in good working condition.
• Conducting site inspections and client consultations, measuring of roof space and site specifics, determining client needs and power usage with provided tools and training.
• Designing of Solar PV systems.
• Determining various site specific requirements such as cabling sizing, circuit breaker sizing, system layout and positioning e.t.c.
• Occasional Stock collection.
• Occasional component sourcing.
• Conducting regular stock counts and ensuring stock levels are maintained to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Filling in Job-cards with installation details and material quantities.
• Fault finding when errors or malfunctions occur.

EDENVALE is looking for a Handyman, who needs to be fluent and completely
competent in all aspects of property maintenance, from basic plumbing, basic
electrical to roofing, carpentry and swimming pool, a proper all-rounder. The
individual must have his own reliable transport to get to our offices in
Meadowdale daily, have a valid drivers license, and be able to successfully do
all and any projects related to the industry within budget and timeframes to
the utmost highest quality levels.
Brief overview of expected
duties:

Site visits and completing small projects
within budget.

site.

Drafting of detailed progress reports on a
daily basis on Microsoft.

Execute hands on project deliverables on every

Transport to report to office. Company vehicle only used during business
hours.
