Experienced Field Contractor
/Supervisor is needed to oversee and carry out general residential repairs and
maintenance throughout greater Cape Town. The bulk of work is resultant of insured
residential events.
You will oversee and manage
your own team and complete general residential repairs as follows:
Plastering, painting and
replacement and skimming of ceilings especially as a result of burst geysers
(plumbing work excluded).
General roof repairs
(waterproofing, replacing tiles and roof sheeting);
Tiling
Repair and install cupboards,
preparation of cutting lists (this is not a must but would be
preferred)
Laminated flooring replacements
Storm damage and floodwater
reparations, including exterior walls and paving resolutions
General insured residential latent
damage repairs.
If you are skilled in some but not all of the above, still
send a CV and highlight your expertise!
Essential:
Must have own reliable
bakkie/van and own tools
Must be able to generate
quantities list in prescribed company format
Must be capable of negotiating
prices for building materials and components and/or getting best possible
