associated equipment up to 132KV.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as per responsibilities below

Must have thorough understanding on engineering shop machines/tools 6. Must be computer literate 7. Be in position of a valid driver’s licence PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Willing to work long unpredictable hours when required 2. Have initiative,energy,be self-motivated and be passionate about their work3. Can work well under pressure 4. Have good organisational skills 5. Work well with peers and customers THE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO RUN THE MACHINE WORKSHOP AS PER FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Co-ordinate and manage the machine shop 2. Plan and schedule incoming work to ensure you meet monthly targets as per management 3. You personally will need to machine / fabricate / repair to reach monthly targets 4. You will also be responsible to allocate and supervise work allocated to you staff 5. Carry out relevant administration processes including cost sheets & quotes required to run the department 6. Ordering & receiving of materials 7. Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures 8. Work within agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety SPECIFIC WORK DONE IN THE MACHINE SHOP: 1. Turning – Milling – Drilling of all types of materials 2. Knowledge of tool making 3. Machining of new components from technical drawings 4. Hydraulic experience with cutters, benders, punches etc 5. Assemble – Welding - Grinding of panels and bases from laser cut materials 6. Repairs to equipment by welding and machining 7. Perform general maintenance to all equipment and tools in the machine shop COMPETENCY TEST REQUIREMENTS SHOULD YOU BE ACCEPTED FOR AN INTERVIEW: 1.
