My working experience was with SafriCloud where I worked as an IT Technician, giving managers and superiors end-user and technical support. We did network administration and maintenance, as well as configuration. We also used Active Directory and Remote Desktop Connection for remote assistance. We setup and connected the entire call centre with PCs and then joined them to their domain with their relevant network. I have worked at Damelin College as a LAN assistant where we provided end-user support to students and office managers and employees, installed latest windows applications and ensured their systems were up to date. I also have experience in tutoring school principals, where we did Basic, Intermediate and Advanced PC skills whilst I was interning at the Dept. Of Education.
