Experience with PCs will be preferable before purchasing, because the PC will need:

Note: PC has an issue with cold starts. Powers on & off normally if it stays plugged in at the wall… but when unplugged for a while, it might not boot immediately after pressing the power button. However, once it’s running, it works perfectly fine and can power off & on normally. For this reason I suggest using/purchasing a higher-end PSU to fix this problem.
