My client, a Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain company based in Airport Industria, is seeking to employ a Financial and Administrative Coordinator
to join their team. The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and 2-4 years working experience in an administrative or finance role.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or financial role.
Relevant tertiary qualification will count in the candidate's favour.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Loading of bank payments for the company (SA & Zambia)
Allocation of payments on system.
Bank reconciliations.
Invoicing.
Collection, follow-up and reporting of the the company receivables.
Zambia Revenue Authority reconciliations.
Opening jobs in the system.
Provide support to the company Zambia office where required.
Handling of credit applications.
General administrative tasks.

Transportation

Atlas Fire Security requires a Data Capturer for their
Maintenance division
Must be South African, must be younger than 30, reside within a 20km radius of
CPT Airport, must have sober habits, subject to drugs, medical and criminal
screening
Duties and Responsibilities
·
The DC will receive instructions
from the Systems service divisional Administrator(SSDA) to capture Service
certificates within 3 days; these need to be saved under the relevant client
folder and the manually completed certificate must be handed back to the SSDA
to check the electronic copy.
·
The SSDA will hand all service
reports to the DC to be scanned and saved under the relevant client folder.
·
The SSDA will instruct the DC to
compile a new client’s service report or to update an existing client’s report should
there have been any changes. These reports must be saved under the relevant
client folder.
·
THE SSDA will instruct the DC to
do any filing or other administrative support work as and when required
7. Skills,
Ability and Experience
The Data-Capturer must have proven skills
and experience to enable them to perform their duties.
a)
Formal
training equivalent to at
least National Senior Certificate level.
b)
Experience of at least one (1) year of Data-Capturing. Must be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge
of:

Word, Outlook – Advanced

MS Office –
Excel – Basic
·
Windows
internet explorer
c)
A proven abilities
in the following is also required:
