My whole working life has been oriented around the hospitality service industry, during which I have successfully carried out various roles, ranging from Executive Chef to Senior Management Positions. I have managed high-end B&Bs and Lodges and marketed my own and other businesses through social media. I am family-oriented, and I have a deep compassion for the needs of others. I have one dependent, a son of 15 (not currently living with me), and with that (him being my greatest critic), I am well versed in the creation of 'happy snacks'! I am comfortable with online booking systems as well as various POS systems. I have exceptional leadership skills in all departments.
