After the payment is made, I would like to formally confirm the following:
That the placement fee will only become payable after the domestic worker has reported for duty and commenced employment at your home.
That in the event that:
The worker does not report for duty, or
The worker leaves within the agreed trial/guarantee period,
the agency will either:
Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
Refund the placement fee.
That this placement fee is not recoverable from the employee’s salary, and is payable by you as the employer.
Kindly confirm these terms in writing, and also send me the copy of your ID and proof of address before I proceed further. You can watermark your documents for agent placement only
