Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Client Relationship Management & RetentionBuild, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing catalytic converter suppliers and clients.Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure ongoing supply, loyalty, and repeat business.Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, pricing discussions, and service-related matters.Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to sustain strong working relationships.Promote trust, reliability, and consistency in all client interactions.Collections & Supply CoordinationCoordinate and manage catalytic converter collections from client locations.Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams to schedule and execute collections efficiently.Verify stock details, quantities, and client documentation prior to collection.Attend key or high-volume client collections to ensure accuracy and professionalism.Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients, logistics, and finance teams.Sales Support & Revenue MaintenanceSupport revenue targets through consistent supply from existing clients and targeted account growth.Identify opportunities to increase volumes and strengthen account performance.Assist with pricing discussions and quotation preparation in line with company policies.Follow up on outstanding quotations and pending transactions.Encourage continued business through proactive engagement and service delivery.Credit Control & Payment Follow-UpWork closely with the finance department to support collections of outstanding payments.Follow up with clients regarding invoices, statements, and payment timelines.Assist in resolving payment queries and discrepancies.Promote adherence to agreed payment terms and credit policies.Market Awareness & Client IntelligenceMaintain awarene https://www.jobplacements.com/Jobs/C/Catalytic-Converter-Sales-Representative-1267221-Job-Search-3-2-2026-6-51-29-AM.asp?sid=gumtree
