When buying a reconditioned olive machine, you are getting a full setup for 50% less than you would a new plant and it comes with the same warranty as the new plants as well.We completely overhaul every component of the plant, Doing the following:1. Full strip down to nut and bolt.2. Chemical clean on every stripped component3. Bead blast all stainless steel of the machine to refresh the look.4. Replace ALL bearings on complete plant: Decanter, washer de-leafer, Malaxer, waste dis-charge pump, All electrical motors.5. Decanter: Inner and outer gets balanced 6. Hammer mill gets upgraded to new version 7. All electrical motors get sent to get reconditioned and if they fail we replace with new ones.8. All pumps are fitted with new internals 9. Upgrades done for the variable speed control for olive feed.We then complete full testing on the machine and once we are happy we arrange delivery. We then come up with the full plant and perform complete installation including all materials, commission the plant and then complete a full training on the plant both for production and also cleaning.Equipment supplied with this setup:1. Washer De-Leafer Unit: Receives the olives from the tree, augar transfers the olives through a chamber where all leaves are blown out, then washers the olives and automatically transfers the olives into the crusher unit.2. Crusher and Malaxer Unit: This unit receives the olives from the washer, Crushes the washed olives, then received by the malaxer which has 2 x malaxing basins where it starts the separation process. Then pumps the paste into the decanter which is speed controlled to ensure maximum yield from your olives.3. Decanter: Extracts the oil from the paste, Comes with water control and adjustable jets to allow maximum oil extraction for any variety of olives.4. Waste dis-charge pump: This unit pumps the waste after oil extraction up to 30 meters away.5. Oil catchment tray with pump and Pressure plate filter. The unit comes with a 90 litre stainless steel catchment tray with 20X20 pressure filter and transfer pump. This allows you to transfer the oil into your settling tanks and then filter once settled into your storage tanks.6. The Oliomio 50 Monobloc is an all in one machine which is very reliable and makes top quality extra virgin olive oil. The Oliomio 50 is a great machine to start your journey in producing olive oil, It produces 50kg per hour and it is suitable for harvest sizes from 200kg's to 4000kg's (20 - 1000 Olive trees)The machine is fitted with a hopper and olive are feed into the crushing unit via augar. Once the olives have been crushed the paste falls into the Malaxing unit where the oil separation process starts, Then the paste gets pumped into the decanter. The pump that feeds the paste into the decanter has speed control to allow for production of various olive varieties.
