Not only does it offer a good level of power at the top end, but it goes right the way down to 1/32 power at the bottom end, giving the unit a 5 f/stop power range. Whatever your power requirement, the 500 will deliver. The size is the same as the 250 and it is only marginally heavier, making it an excellent all-round performer.
