It was originally designed for an action camera like a GoPro but it works well with a smaller crop sensor Mirrorless Cameras, I used it with my Xt-10 Fujifilm body attached. The kit does not come with a pole, you attach the two Joby crane parts onto a monopod or wooden broom pole or similar and the best way to get a cinema style crane shot is to mount the base of the pole into a Manfrotto clamp attached to a tripod to ensure your crane up and down movements are nice and controlled/smooth.

The lens is in very good condition, the body is in excellent condition, the focus moves freely. The optics look near perfect, no signs that I can see of cleaning marks, haze or fungus, there may be very slight dust but very minimal if any. It comes with its original Kowa front and rear dust caps These lenses are typically used on mirrorless cameras to get anamorphic footage, it's an approximately 2x squeeze. They are popular lenses for anamorphic on a budget and they make great anamorphic flares. You will need a taking lens to use it with, normally a manual focus prime lens between 50-80mm and a method of mounting it to the taking lens.
