The main purpose of the role is to telephonically contact delinquent/arrears customers to make a suitable payment arrangement to achieve the business objectives.
Main Activities:
Outbound SLA and work queues

Payment Negotiations

Their mission is to serve South African consumers struggling with debt, as they work with their clients to achieve financial freedom.
A fantastic opportunity has become available in their new business division, and we are seeking to appoint Lead Generation Consultants to support their vibrant call centre sales team.
No previous lead generation experience is required as full training will be provided. The training program is simple and concise.
Call centre experience is advantageous and preference will be given to candidates with previous exposure in a call centre environment, but it’s not essential.
The remuneration package is above market for similar roles and made up as follows:
Basic salary: R4000 per month
Commission: up to R4000 per month target based
Overtime when applicable
Total salary: R8000 per month OTE plus overtime
Commission is earned from the first week.
