FORM 4, “CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF THE ENERGY USAGE IN A BUILDING” to be signing off, it will be charged R950, to check on the site if everything is in good order before hand over the signed Form 4. 3) PLAN WALKER / SUBMISSION / WALKING THE PLANS SERVICE:3-1) WALKING THE PLANS SERVICE:Come and Let us oversee the entire submission process. We will notify you immediately should there be any outstanding requirements or amendments, required by the Local Authority, thus ensuring a timeous approval.
