Team Coordination:Supervise and provide guidance to the logistics team, including drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatchers.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Customer Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries and customer complaints.Collaborate with clients to address concerns and enhance satisfaction levels. Cost Control & Optimization:Optimize routes, resources, and processes to achieve cost efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Education:Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 35 years of experience in logistics or operations management.Proven track record of managing logistics processes and teams.
