We are busy everyday, turnover is up and this will increase as the interest rate drops.
The business can easily be operated by most people including an active retired person or couple. Paying a manager/driver is not necessary do it yourself, keep control and keep the money we do. Simples.
Our four employees can clean twelve regular houses per day on the same estate. We also clean many Big houses, consulates, offices, B&B’s and car showrooms etc and we do the first clean for many builders new projects, followed by the show house clean for the estate agents and hopefully a monthly clean for the new owners.
The business includes a 2019 Ford Ranger 2.2L diesel auto, which I bought new for cash so the business owes nothing.
It has only been driven by the Co owner Marlene and the interior has been covered from new.
There is a reinforced colour coded canopy and a custom roof rack with a roller for fast ladder loading, plus 4 x 6mt, and 3 x 9mt double aluminium ladders plus two steps.
We have many 5* reviews from loyal local customers who have been with us for many years and 80% of them live on security estates along the Westcoast from Woodbridge Island to Melkbostrand.
We also cover Paarden Eiland to Century City to Durbanville to Panorama and the other 20% are local commercial properties, and this area has a lot of potential for expansion for someone with some energy.

Our cleaners are picked up at 7.30am sharp on Blouberg road and we operate within a 15 km radius which keeps our traveling time and diesel costs down.
On one day we clean Atlantic beach golf estate, then the next day Sunset Beach ………

Besides wages and less than one tank of diesel per month our other overheads are also low because we work from home.
I only buy buckets, squeegees, sheepskins, soap and uniforms R12,000 + - per year.
My accountant has all of the numberd invoice pads and bank statements going back years.
Marlene will be happy to accompany any new owner out on the rounds until they feel comfortable and introduce them to our regular customers.
Our team know the area, what they have to clean and in what order so this will help reduce any stress from taking over a new business. However if you need advice at a later date you can always WhatsApp Marlene because we also want a smooth transition for our customers.
