Duties will include but are not limited to:Design and manage visual communications and key information shared with internal and external stakeholders.Support social media channels by creating engaging content, responding to customer enquiries, and communicating key updates such as special dates and holiday trading hours.Build, refresh, and evolve brands from the ground up, developing complete brand identities including logos, colour palettes, typography, websites, social media assets, and branded collateral.Manage and execute design work across multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.Deliver creative assets for a wide range of campaigns, including product launches, brand awareness initiatives, packaging, billboards, and both digital and print collateral.Design and produce product catalogues, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and strong visual cohesion.Manage branding and creative execution for conferences, supplier expos, and events, including booth design and product stand artwork.Conduct photography and videography shoots, including capturing, editing, and compiling visual content for use in presentations, marketing materials, and stakeholder communications.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure creative outputs meet business objectives and deadlines.Design product packaging for new product ranges under existing brands or new brand categories agreed.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistencyAbility to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneouslyExperience across digital, print, and environmental designSolid understanding of social media content and visual storytellingPhotography and videography skills, including post-production editingExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholdersQualifications & ExperienceRelevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related fieldProven experience in a multi-brand or fast-paced design environment, preferably within a similar industry contextA strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign work, and multimedia contentKindly note that by submitting your application for this career opportunity, you agree that Guardian Recruiting may use your application for the purposes of the recruitment and selection of the said position, and this information may be shared with the relevant stakeholders in the business.Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.Should you not have heard back within a two-week period, please assume that you
