Good pumps 13 to 22mm...Cold start issues begin at 23
Symptoms of a bad HPFP
Poor Cold starts( Engine may take a few tries to start and idle)
Misfiring once idling (Engine vibrates)
Once car warms up it may be drivable but on hard acceleration it will go into limp mode and engine light comes on.
No power or turbo( Car needs 50 bar on idle and since hpfp is bad you only get supply pump pressure (5bar _tank pump)
Fault codes on diagnostics :
P0087 low fuel pressure
Misfires on cyl 1 cyl2 cy3 cyl4
Super knock fault codes
02 sensor lean or rich codes
Pump is sold on Exchange only.
