with the stock diverter valve (DV) to vent extra boost air into the atmosphere
(awesome sound) instead of sending it back into the engine's intake manifold.
It will not create lag nor negatively affect your vehicle’s performance ....
but it sounds awesome!!

This Atmospheric Blow-off Valve Spacer (DV Adaptor) is for
the Mercedes 2.0GDi Turbo engines.
The spacer is a pressure release system that can be used
with the stock diverter valve (DV / BOV) to vent extra boost air into the
atmosphere instead of recirculating it back into the engine intake.
