This is a brand new OEM factory IS38 turbocharger and it is the current
revision. This turbocharger is a direct bolt on replacement for your
factory IS12 or IS20 turbo, with the only extra modification required is
a software upgrade (Tune / Calibration) to match the turbo upgrade.Power NumbersAfter
installing this turbo (bolt on, drop in) you can expect to gain +149
FT-LBS of torque and +170 WHP bringing the power numbers up to 397 HP

2 most common turbo’s which are swapped for the IS38 are the IS12 and
IS20 turbos. The IS12 turbo is mounted from the factory on VW and Audi
1.8t MQB engines, and the IS20 is mounted on 2.0t lower output MQB

install new software on your engines computer to properly run the
