The house has three bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, a lounge and dining area downstairs. Upstairs are the two remaining bedrooms and a second lounge. The farmhouse kitchen has a huge fireplace, marble counter tops, a dishwasher and a double oven.The kitchen leads onto the entertainment area outside which has a 14 seater table and a braai. The terrace leads to the 14 m swimming pool. All of this is just a few meters away from the dam which is excellent for bass fishing and is safe for swimming and rowing.
