Media Managers are responsible for maximising our advertisers digital budgets according to their required goals. Simply, Media Managers will be responsible for defining / creating digital RTB, paid social & paid search strategies, implementing this in platforms, and spending a predetermined budget - all to ensure clients digital goals are met & that they see a full return on digital investment. You will need to understand how to buy inventory via various technologies at what price, inventory, audiences and programmatic strategies that will result in a successful campaign that meets the clients overall business goals. ENVIRONMENT:
IF you enjoy solving challenges through digital design, then a rapidly growing Digital Agency wants your talents to be its next Digital & Motion Designer. Your core role will be to create digital assets for all motion graphic and digital campaign needs. The ideal candidate must have Matric/Grade 12, a Graphic Design Diploma or other suitable tertiary qualification, at least 3 years’ work experience in a similar role including proven motion graphics design work and strong proficiency in Sketch, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator. Each applicant must be able to present a strong design portfolio with examples of motion work.
DUTIES:
* Design on-brand creative assets for a variety of digital channels: websites, social media advertising graphics, display campaigns, email templates, brand campaigns and motion for video.
* Collaborate with a remote team of Designers to deliver on creative that are conceptually strong, brand-appropriate and aligns with brand standards.
* Take briefs from concept to roll-out.
* Work with the Operations team, Project Managers, Co-Designers, and Developers to execute.
* Design and create engaging motion graphic content and assist in creation of storyboards.
* Participate in briefing and brainstorming sessions to share ideas.
* Scope on briefs and provide time estimates to operational team.
* Assist in selecting appropriate audio and graphic styles for projects and campaigns.
* Encoding, converting, and editing videos for packaging during production.
* Stay on top of trends, technologies, and useful tools in the field.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Qualifications –*
* Matric / Grade 12.
* Relevant Graphic Design Diploma or tertiary qualification.
*Experience/Skills -*
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience in designing motion graphics.
* Able to uphold brand style guidelines and produce channel-appropriate work.
* Strong competence in Sketch & Adobe Creative Suite - After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
* A strong design portfolio, including examples of motion work.
