and is constructed from tiger oak and features the prominent wood grain and
clean lines characteristic of certain Art Deco furniture designs. The
curved base and simple metal handles are also typical of the period's
aesthetic. Tiger oak refers to a specific, highly sought-after,
grain pattern found in oak wood used in the late 19th Century
