I have an extremely rare movado 1940's acvatic sports watch available for sale pre owned and running condition has a lewa leather strap the watch has signs of wear as expected for its age engraved doreen 25 december 1943 at the back offers welcome for this rare find.
Movado was founded in 1881 and was called l a i ditescheim & freres s a, in la chaux de fonds, switzerland by léopold achille isidore ditesheim in 1905, it changed its name to movado much easier to fit on a watch dial the watch is made of gold stainless steel and has a screw down case back the dial is black with the second hand at 6 o’clock in its susub dial.
