Property on the Cape Peninsula is becoming so expensive. Per square meter, it’s the priciest. Can you afford to wait for retirement or should you buy now to get a guaranteed foothold, for the future? It’s 60km to Hermanus from Pringle for the whale watching. Private and state hospitals in Hermanus and then closer, Somerset West. What are the negatives? The Cape South Easter wind and those naughty baboons which range from Rooiels to Kleinmond.
