1. Training Management - Develop and implement annual mining training plans and schedules - Manage all operator, safety, induction, refresher, and competency training - Coordinate technical and operational training for mining equipment operators - Ensure training aligns with MQA standards and mine operating procedures - Conduct training needs analysis across departments - Develop and update training material, SOPs, assessments, and practical evaluations 2. Assessment & Compliance - Conduct formative, summative, and RPL assessments - Ensure compliance with MQA, MHSA, and company training standards - Maintain training records, skills matrices, and audit documentation - Prepare for internal and external training audits - Ensure all training interventions are properly documented and reported 4.
