Waste Management Company? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to
fill a part-time, entry-level contract position for R&D, Administration,
and Sales. This position is perfect for a recent graduate, offering a chance to
gain valuable experience in R&D, administration, and sales functions.
Responsibilities: Research and
Development: Onboard participants into the research project and maintain all
functions related to the ‘supervised’ management of these participants and
related stakeholders.
Administration of Operations: Assisting in the smooth running of daily
operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and data management.
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
Collection and Quotations: Coordinating and managing waste collection schedules
on our smart platform while providing accurate and competitive quotations to
clients.
Online Procurement Database Administration: Maintaining and updating the
company's online procurement database to ensure efficient workflow.
Compliance Registrations: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and coordinating
registration processes with the relevant government departments including local
municipalities.
Sales Calls at Medical and Industrial Customers: Engaging with a diverse array
of customers in the medical and industrial sectors to promote our specialized
waste management solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum tertiary graduate qualification or equivalent education.
Ideal for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career.
Any Sales experience will be advantageous.
Must possess a Code B Driver's License and have access to their own vehicle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer
relationships.
