The main purpose of this position is to support the Marketing Department by coordinating the implementation of key tactical components of the digital communications strategy with prompt, timely and engaging communications to deepen the engagement level between the brand and target audience
Coordinates the timeline, scheduling, various agency support and reporting for digital marketing projects • Maintains website content updates (copy images and blog articles utilising Content Managements System). • Coordinates AdWords campaigns and digital lead generation. • Facilitates social media content posting including Facebook, Twitter. LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube and monitors for effectiveness • Facilitates execution of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics, including page titles, image naming and meta data. • Serves as point person for the creation of new sections or pages within existing websites and periodic redesigns of various digital materials. • Coordinates implementation of digital adverting programs on third-party sites (display and banner ads, embedded video, scheduling, monitoring). • Monitors industry for best practices, new opportunities and makes recommendations for increasing capture/conversions from digital efforts. • The tactical execution of marketing automation strategy that will include email campaign creation and list building/management. • Monitors and reports on key performance metrics relative to digital and social media presence, for the group and competitors.
Requirements: • Grade 12/Matric • Marketing Related Degree/Diploma • 5/6 years relevant experience in marketing, sales or product environment of which at least 3 years in a digital marketing role • Consumer and/or B2B markets • Ideally, CRM/Database marketing. Digital • Agency processes SEO, AdWords, strong interest in future of digital products • Understanding of Internet and Web design (WordPress desirable) • Graphic Design, Video editing (desirable)

Our Client seeks a Public Health specialist who is experienced in the design and implementation of HIV/AIDS, Sexual and Reproductive Health and other public health services to enhance our track record of excellence and leadership in public health programming. The Head of Programs leads technical program design and implementation (with a focus on integrated service delivery) and oversees a diverse team responsible for the day-to-day implementation of key projects. S/he contributes to S-N strengthening and staff professional development and may be pitched as key personnel on current or future projects, depending on donor demands. The ideal candidate will also be experienced in working with the South African Department of Health structures as well as local and international funders such as PEPFAR, the Global Fund, DFID, the BMGF and many others. The Head of Programs will be part of S-N’s senior team, reporting directly to the COO, and will work individually and as part of a multi-disciplinary team with partners and key stakeholders at a senior level both strategically and operationally. This position is based in Johannesburg, Centurion.This position requires the ability to motivate teams and think outside the box to integrate and maintain S-N’s technology based competitive advantage. The ability to conceptualiaze, develop and implement client centered programming is an absolute requirement.Candidate must have a strong balance of skills including: experience in comprehensive HIV programming as well as sexual and reproductive health, proven ability to effectively lead multidisciplinary staff, academic productivity, and high level administrative skills such as clinical quality improvement (CQI) management, grant/report writing, and budget management.
