*We are hiring a full time calling agent to call hot leads in the Real Estate Sector. *
* Work from home
* Basic salary plus commission incentives
* Experience in calling or calls centres is preferred, Real Estate experience NOT Required
* Suitable for confident people who are confortable on the phone

If the candidate chosen shows promise, he/she will be named our lead generation manager after a cetain time period, and will manage 2-3 employees.
We will provide you with a list of 20 properties daily. You will contact the owners of these properties to book an appointment for an estate agent to meet with them.
This position involves being on the phone for most of the day and following up with property sellers.
This is *NOT *a cold calling position.
You will need your own:
* Cell phone
* Laptop
We are idealy looking for somone who has experience in a calling/telemarketing position. Experience in Real Estate is not required, but is a bonus.

*This is a full time position. Salary: R10 000 - R23500 per month*
*Breakdown:*
* The basic salary is R10 000 after achieving the minimum target
* You can earn up to an addtional R10 000 by going above target
* If the candidate chosen shows promise, they will be given addtional duties which comes with an extra R3500 salary.
