PV Consult are a small boutique professional services industry in the

In
this role, you’ll take charge of planning, managing, and executing the
company's social media marketing strategy across various digital channels,
directed at B2B to secure new and additional business from target channels.
Working
closely with the Managing Director & Sales Manager, you will bring
innovative ideas to life, grow our online communities, and attract new
audiences through meaningful and effective social media marketing activities in
a hybrid work environment (part office/part working from home).
The
ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media best
practices, possess excellent content creation skills, have a decent working
knowledge on Wordpress and be capable of adapting messaging to fit the brand, while
resonating with the nuances of different platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Curation:
Develop
and deliver high-quality, engaging content tailored to specific social
media platforms.Schedule
posts and manage ad hoc updates, including evenings, weekends, and public
holidays.Collaborate
with internal teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns and
business objectives.
Paid Social Media & Campaign Management:
Execute
and manage paid social media campaigns against deliverable results.Plan,
coordinate, and execute major social media initiatives and content
rollouts.
Performance Tracking & Insights:
Monitor
and analyze key social media metrics, providing actionable insights to
improve engagement and ROI.Identify
pathways for monetization and align efforts with business goals through
proactive innovation.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:
Stay
informed about emerging trends in social media, content marketing, and
digital communication strategies.Experiment
with new platforms and explore opportunities in e-commerce to enhance
social media performance.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proven
experience building brand engagement on social media platforms such as
LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.Wordpress
& SEOProficiency
with email marketing platforms and tools, such as mail chimp.Hands-on
experience with Google Analytics and social media reporting tools.
Experience & Education
Requirements
Relevant
qualification in social media marketing.2
