A hospitality company based in Durban is looking for
an accurate, detail-oriented, honest & reliable individual to join our Accounts
Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
·
Computerised
Cashbooks monthly on Pastel Evolution & reconcile to bank statements
·
Reconciling of
hotel banking to bank statements i.e. cash and speedpoint banking, etc.
·
Capture all
companies EFT payments with speed and accuracy & prepare detailed EFT
Requisitions for all Cashbook Payments using FNB Online Banking system.
Desired
Experience & Qualification
·
Must be Computer literate in, MS Word,
Excel and Outlook and have a vast knowledge of Pastel Evolution
·
Grade 12 with good interpersonal and
communication skills
·
3 - 4 years' experience in an accounts
environment
·
The ability to work accurately, under
pressure, meet deadlines & must be strong on recons and give attention to
detail.

Accounts Clerk – Debtors Vacancy Our client in the container storage and transport industry, with depots in Durban and Cape Town, seek the permanent placement of an Accounts Clerk –Debtors based in their Durban branch. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager, and shall be responsible for raising invoices, pursuing payment, monitoring and reporting of all incoming payments and customer related transactions. The core function is to effectively and efficiently manage the accounts receivable function and report all invoices raised and payments received in a correct and timely manner.
