DescriptionSupport the overall functioning of the Inbound Shipment Process to ensure that Divisional Processing is in line with Legislative Frameworks, Company Policy Guidelines, and Delegation of Authority.Ensure Shipments are processed on time (Inbound & MIRO Prior to ETA), that Inventory is correctly valued, and that Goods in Transit is fully reconciled.Ensure shipping documents are handed for customs clearance as soon as received, with the necessary clearing instructions submitted to the respective agent prior to shipment ETA.With the support of the Foreign Creditor Controller identify any shipment not inbounded into SAP but appears on Vendor Statements.
