position comprising of working for a financial organization and assisting the
directors in their personal capacity as set out below. This position will suit a

who takes instructions well and learns quickly to adapt to what is required.
Company

Manage all financial aspects of the company and report directly to the
directors
·
Obtain application forms from debtors
·
Liaising with attorneys obtaining all supporting documents
·
Assess deal, windeed search, credit checks, account verification, etc
·
Uploading payments to debtors
·
Accounts, open and updating on accounting package
·
Updating interest on accounting package
·
Issuing invoices / closing balances to debtors
·
Reconcile debtors account after payment received
·
Import Bank statement into accounting package
·
Reconcile bank account, creditors, credit card statements, etc
·
Generate cashflow reports
·
Generate trial balances, income and expenses statements
· Prepare monthly management accounts
·
Payroll
·
Tax submissions
·
Provide auditors with all info for yearly tax submissions
· Yearly CIPC
renewal
Director’s ( personal ) requirements
· Generate
income and expenses statements
· Cashflow
projections including cashflow between various accounts
· Issue invoices
· Reconcile
banks
· Monthly
reporting
· Provide
auditors with all info for yearly tax submissions
· Yearly
CIPC renewal
Salary negotiable on experience.
Candidate must have own reliable
internet and be able to work from home.
Excellent Excel skill required.
Preferably candidates with Sage
Accounting and Sage Pay Roll experience.
Candidate must give attention to
detail and accurate capturing.
