It was on the hard until he launched it in 2010.The owner has been living aboard this Vessel for 20 years.Works done on the boat:Purchased a new Vetus engine 13 HP. (+- 2007)(Seller paid +- 28,000 for the new engine, cost today 115,000.) New propellor fittedEngine hardly been used. Replaced all valves on the boat of phospher bronze with stainless steel valves. All wiring was replaced and a new control panel with volt metre amp meter, main switch etc, was fitted.Recently fitted a two speaker stereo system.Wired the mast shrouding wires in clear plastic.New floor boards were fitted. A new toilet was installed.A welded platform to support 2 new solar panels of 50 watt each was erected.Strengthened fore deck with fibre glassed beams.Altered port side of cabin, removed bunk and fitted seats, table.Windows port and starboard replaced with special toughened glass...can see out but can't see in. The boat has not been off the mooring in 12 years.In June 2023 the boat was hauled out and anti-fouled.
