Online personal assistant

Daily inbox triage and straightforward research projects are piling up, so I need another pair of hands to keep information flowing smoothly. Your core focus will be communication: sorting and flagging emails, drafting simple replies from templates, returning quick phone calls through VoIP, and posting short updates or responses online. Alongside that, I will assign you bite-sized research tasks—finding statistics, gathering competitor information, or compiling contact lists—and ask you to enter the collected data neatly into shared Google Sheets.

This is an entry-level role; clear step-by-step instructions, templates, and response guides are all ready for you. Reliability, good written English, and basic familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Excel and WhatsApp this matter more than prior experience.
