These Polyethylene tanks are suitable for the storage and dosing of fluid chemicals. Overall the Dosing tank 100L for chemicals feature a molded liter scale.
The top features a large screw cap and surfaces for mounting dosing pumps, mixers and level control. Dosing tanks play a crucial role in managing treated effluent by ensuring its even distribution to disposal fields.

Dosing pump Seko AKS800 is an analogic dosing pump with constant flow rate, which is manually adjustable by a knob mounted on the front panel, in addition there is the level control input than the Tekna AKS.
The flow rate has two frequency ranges:
- 0÷20 % of max flow rate
- 0÷100% of max flow rate
With only 5 sizes that pump can cover a wide range of performances, having a flow rate range from 0.4 to 110 l/h and a back pressure from 0.1 to 20 bar. The power supply is 100÷240 Vac – 50/60 Hz therefore the same pump can operate with different supply voltage, moreover the model AKL603 have the possibility for 24÷48 Vac power supply.
The standard pump head is in PVDF, therefore high chemical compatibility with several liquids end but is available in PVC as well, on request.

Seko foot valve. For a correct functioning of the dosing pump it is important that all the elements that compose it are in good condition. For this reason we supply the original Seko foot valve.
In this situation you will be able to replace worn or damaged parts. Have a dosing pump in perfect condition. The Seko foot valve is a type of check valve that is placed at one end of the transparent hose.
Through the transparent hose, one end is connected to the suction valve of the dosing pump and the other end to the foot valve that goes inside the chemical.
This foot valve incorporates a filter whose function is to prevent particles or dirt from entering and passing. From the chemical to the dosing pump and clogging the fluid.
In addition, the function of this accessory is to allow the fluid to pass through but prevent it from backing up into the container or tank containing the chemical.
It is important that the foot valve is in perfect condition to ensure proper operation.
