Description
Position Purpose / Summary
- Education: Support the Elementary Guide in delivering authentic Montessori education aligned with AMI standards
- Environment: Assist in maintaining a well-prepared indoor and outdoor Montessori learning environment
- Experience: Support Going-outs, Earth stewardship activities, camps, and extracurricular engagements under the direction of the Guide
- Hours: 07:3015:30
- Qualifications: BEd/PGCE and/or Montessori qualification (preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience working with children aged 612 in a Montessori environment
- Compliance: Valid SACE registration and police clearance
- Montessori Approach: Demonstrated commitment to continuous growth in understanding and applying authentic Montessori principles
- Skills: Growth mindset, adaptability, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, efficient administrative skills, and professional preparation to support a flourishing learning environment
- Values: Commitment to core values including authenticity, grace and courtesy, and lifelong learning
