Junior Culinary Lecturer – 2026 Intake

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Junior Lecturer to join our team in 2026.

Warwick’s Chef School is one of South Africa’s longest-running chef training establishments. For over 35 years, we have focused on delivering hands-on, industry-related culinary education that develops confident, skilled, and passionate professional chefs. Our training environment is highly practical, personal, and focused on discipline, teamwork, and professional excellence.

Requirements

· Relevant Culinary Diploma

· 3–4 years of industry experience in a professional kitchen environment

· Facilitator/Assessor qualification (advantageous but not essential)

· Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills

· Must reside in the Hermanus area or be willing to relocate

· Own transport

· Professional appearance and conduct
