Grade R-12 Teachers, Deputy Principals and Principal

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teachers and educational professionals to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE) and have experience teaching the Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (CAPS) for the Department of Education. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the CAPS curriculum.

Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the needs of all students.

Use a variety of instructional materials and resources to enhance learning.

Design and administer assessments to measure student progress.

Evaluate and report on student performance, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student achievement.

Create and maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment.

Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive student behavior.

Address and resolve any classroom issues in a timely and professional manner.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Stay updated with the latest educational trends, techniques, and regulations.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide regular updates on student progress.

Collaborate with school staff to support student learning and development.

Participate in and support extracurricular activities, such as sports, clubs, and school events.

Encourage student participation in extracurricular programs to enhance their overall development.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

Certification: Registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, typically within a school setting.

May require participation in meetings, school functions, and professional development activities outside of regular school hours.
