As a result of our Company growing by the day, we are looking for two Travel Consultants and two candidates to assist with Product who are able to effect travel to destinations worldwide. Our core focus is to continuously offer our clients an outstanding product range, including global hotel accommodation, flights and car hire, at the best prices and the least hassle.
Requirements for the Job:
Amadeus or Galileo certification and relevant experience;
Computer literate in Microsoft Office;
Travel and Tourism Diploma / Degree;
A minimum of 2-8 years of Travel Agency / Tour Operator Experience on Domestic, Regional and International destinations.

My client, a well established international company is seeking to employ an experienced Flight Operations Specialist to join their team
Duties includes but not limited to:
Monitor and action all email requests for bookings
Carry out the above in line with set company service level standards in a friendly & professional manner
Use a GDS to:
Check availability
Price flight itineraries
Make bookings
Reserve seating
Issue international flight tickets
Amend/ refund bookings
Read booking ‘queues’
Use industry knowledge and initiative to choose best airlines to approach to meet client’s requirements
Make sound commercial decisions on margins & pricing on a booking by booking basis
Work on own initiative without constant supervision
Update all transactions accurately into the database
Keep on top of all airline deadlines for deposits, balance payments, names & ticketing
Ensure payments are received from clients in good time to meet deadlines
Develop a good understanding of the market and competition
Follow up quotes
Form close ties with staff within airline partners to strengthen relationships
Be aware of, and work towards, sales targets
General
Be a committed, enthusiastic and supportive team membe
Compile accurate business emails/reports as required
Acknowledge correspondence within set standards and timescales
Maintain systems to ensure quality control
Strive to continuously improve the quality (presentation, accuracy and coverage) of information relevant to the business
Keep accurate records and filing systems both computer and hard copy resources
Maintain high levels of accuracy
Keep product knowledge & operational skills up to date
Undertake appropriate training as required
Work in a positive, proactive and determined manner
Key Objectives:
To service all enquiries & bookings to company standardsTo adhere to all airline deadlines and terms and conditionsTo understand agents/ operators flight needs and advise on appropriate solutionsTo work with the Team Leader and Marketing department to drive growth in ticket salesTo understand the different airline routes to be able to advise the best option available
