Bookkeeper required

Small professional Accounting practice requires the services of a qualified Bookkeeper.

Based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, this privately owned practice is renowned for their professionalism and proactive approach.

The Bookkeeper must be able to fulfil the following functions;

Full function bookkeeping to balance sheet.

Debtors and creditors maintenance.

Monthly management accounts.

Balancing monthly control accounts.

Receiving cash sales and petty cash administration.

E-filing for VAT returns.

Balancing monthly control accounts.

Receiving cash sales and petty cash administration.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years corporate tax experience;

Must pay attention to detail;

Must be extremely accurate;

Must have a working knowledge of the Tax Administration Act;

Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans;

Must be able to work within budget and time constraints;

Must be able to handle pressure and work demands;

Must have an understanding of Turbocash, Lotus and Excel;

Must have own reliable transport;
