About Us

The Grand Centillion/ Joburg Clean (Pty) Ltd, is a Business Development Specialist and a fast-growing consumer brand specializing in innovative FMCG products. We are looking for energetic and results-driven Accounts Consultants/ Product Activation Agents to join our team and promote Discovery Bank Accounts and Barko Loans, in the Johannesburg market.


Role Overview

As a Product Activation and/ or Agent, you will be responsible for executing brand activations, engaging customers, and driving product awareness and sales in various retail and event environments. You will represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in Malls and Shopping Centres in and around Johannesburg/ Pretoria/ Polokwane.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute product activations and promotional campaigns at designated locations.
  • Engage customers, provide product demonstrations, and drive product trials or sign-ups.
  • Ensure brand visibility and maintain high merchandising standards.
  • Collect feedback from customers and provide reports on activation performance.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with brand events and outreach activities.
  • Achieve set targets for activations, leads, or conversions.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification (tertiary education advantageous).
  • Proven experience in sales, promotions, or brand activations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
  • Must reside in or near Johannesburg.
  • Own transport is an advantage.
