Responsible to for supporting the financial manager of the company on the
various entities within the group. He/she will report to the financial manager
directly. He/she will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and
timely processing of financial transactions.Finance assistant will assist to
ensure the smooth functioning of the finance department and maintaining
accurate. financial records. They need to have strong attention to detail, good
analytical skills and proficiency in financial software. Basic understanding of
accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance with financial

will include.1 Maintaining financial records: recording and updating
transactions; bank transactions, invoices, expenses and payments in the
company's accounting software and spreadsheets.2 Assisting in month end
completion: assisting to prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for review.3 Reconciling accounts: will be responsible for reconciling bank
statements and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any
discrepancies. 4 Processing invoices and payments: to assist to process
customer + tenant invoices, supplier invoices and expenses; verify the accuracy
of billing information and assist in making payments to suppliers. Assist in
the debt collection process and maintaining collection process with debt collectors and attorneys. 5 Assisting in Financial reporting: assisting to
prepare financial reports for review. (weekly + monthly) 6 Conducting financial
analysis: Assist to analyze financial data, e.g. expense reports, supplier. Invoice 7 Providing support during Audit: Assist to compiling
documents together and providing necessary information to auditors. 8 Assisting
in Payroll processing: responsible for collecting and verifying employee data;
time sheets from Biometrix fingerprint system.9 Assisting in administration
process: Filing. 10 Assist in the ordering process of materials required within
the group.11 Preparing tenant contracts for residential and commercial tenants. 12 Liaising with agent in seeking tenants and completing all necessary
